Across the country there are school districts considering personalized learning. They are pondering questions like: What do I need to do first?  How can I support my teachers?  What digital content should I use? How do I change the hearts and minds of the people in my district? Tweet: Considering #PersonalizedLearning, how do I change the hearts and minds of the people in my district?http://goo.gl/Mlvp1g #suptchat #edchat and How do I do this at scale?

The districts we work with are no exception.  They spend a lot of time thinking about these questions before we start working together, and then when our work begins, these are the types of things we tackle head on.

The thing is, every district gets to learn from the ones before it. Each superintendent or CAO benefits from the obstacles successfully overcome by the districts who did it first. Because while personalized learning is hard; doing it alone and without the experience of others is even harder.
