A curriculum that inspires all
Create a clear, implementation-ready strategy that aligns the curriculum to district and state goals- all while meeting diverse needs of students.
Our Process
Step 1
Design a vision for instruction, student experience, and outcomes.
Then evaluate current curriculum and supplemental resources, usage, and engagement against the vision to identify gaps and opportunities through our comprehensive curriculum audit.

Step 2
Create a shared definition for terms.
Examples: content, rigor, differentiated resources, high-quality instruction for content for students, teachers, leaders, and community members.
Step 3
Strategically test our new curriculum.
We gather data on user experiences (student, teacher, leader, community members) through observations, surveys, student work samples.

Step 4
Design systems and processes.
Evaluate curriculum quality, standards-alignment, level of change needed, and evidence basis. Design a selection tool that supports committee evaluation and reduces bias when evaluating content and materials.
Our Curriculum Offerings

Curriculum Audit
Our expert-led teams assess current materials for strengths, opportunities, and next steps - including the need for high quality materials.

Custom Curriculum Materials
To address gaps in skills, lack of cultural responsiveness, or missed connections to local history, we work with the community to create custom materials.

Curriculum Strategy
Working alongside district leaders, we help build implementation systems, such as vision alignment, resource allocation, communications strategy and more.
What to Expect Working With Us

Our approach is two tier
1. The Materials Audit
Our team of content experts look at curricular materials and create a readout with strengths, opportunities, and next steps; districts gain understanding of the extent to which curriculum meets the criteria for High Quality Instructional Materials.
2. Culturally Responsive Guided Review + Analysis
Our team will partner with a local committee of school and district leaders, teachers, students, and families to design and facilitate experiences that illuminate strengths, opportunities, and next steps for materials with a culturally responsive lens.
