From Plan to Action: Why now is the time to engage in strategic planning despite challenging times

In the Spring of 2021, the Bartholomew Consolidated School Corporation (BCSC) team in Columbus chose to engage in a strategic planning process with Education Elements. In the midst of the pandemic, the team chose to work together to set a clear direction despite the uncertainty of the time. The team rolled out their new plan for the Fall of 2021 and as we know developing the plan is one step but the real work begins once we commit to new priorities.
