About LASO Cycle 4
About LASO 4
The next phase of TEA’s statewide improvement strategy, LASO 4, builds on the momentum of previous cycles to strengthen leadership, align instruction, and scale implementation of High-Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) across Texas.
At the heart of LASO 4 is the LIFT Program, Leadership & Instructional Foundations for Texas.
LIFT is a three-year initiative focused on helping districts:
- Build strong instructional foundations and leader capacity.
- Align HQIM adoption and implementation with district systems.
- Sustain high-quality teaching practices beyond the grant period.
LIFT is more than a grant; it’s a pathway to coherence and sustainability. From planning through implementation, Education Elements partner with districts to move from compliance to clarity, ensuring that every system supports great instruction in every classroom.
What Education Elements Offers
We’ve done this work before. We specialize in customized, differentiated support for each district to ensure alignment, clarity, and sustainability around academic programs. Our team helps ensure HQIM implementation aligns with blended learning, coaching structures, and professional learning communities for a coherent, student-centered system. We support districts across Texas to build capacity within their organizations and make a measurable difference for student learning.
Featured LASO 4 Districts
We’re proud to currently support Texas districts leading the way in LASO 4 readiness: Corpus Christi ISD, Jarrell ISD, Pasadena ISD, Fort Stockton ISD, Copperas Cove ISD, Graford ISD, Mineral Wells ISD, and Dilley ISD.
