LIFT is a three-year initiative focused on helping districts:  - Build strong instructional foundations and leader capacity.  - Align HQIM adoption and implementation with district systems.  - Sustain high-quality teaching practices beyond the grant period.  LIFT is more than a grant; it’s a pathway to coherence and sustainability.
