Deborah Coffer
Instructional Support Specialist, Springdale School District - Panelist
Deborah Coffer supports Grades 6–12 ELA and Math in the Springdale School District as an Instructional Support Specialist. With over 25 years in education—as a teacher, administrator, mentor, and coach—she brings deep experience in instructional improvement and professional learning. She collaborates with district and school leaders to support teacher growth and is currently leading the implementation of the Odell High School Literacy Program to ensure rigorous, equitable learning for all students.

Anne Marie Blieszner
High School Literacy Curriculum Specialist, Denver Public Schools - Panelist
Anne Marie is passionate about centering diverse and historically marginalized perspectives and experiences in curriculum. She works with the DPS Humanities team to honor student voice and collaborate with teachers. Her work with teachers and in schools involves leveraging feedback and data to drive change and promote instructional growth. Prior to this role, she taught concurrent enrollment Composition and Literature in DPS. Before teaching in Denver, she taught high school English in France.

Dr. Leila Nuland
Senior Vice President at Education Elements - Host
Over the course of her career, Dr. Leila Nuland has leveraged her experience as a high school teacher to build out high-impact products and services that support K-12 educators and leaders. She is passionate about inclusive leadership and has a track record for developing strategy for and managing teams in a high-growth environment.

Judson Odell
Founder and CEO of Odell Education - Co-Host
Judson Odell is an educator with a wide range of experience from classroom teaching to program design. Before founding Odell Education, Judson was a professor of Humanities and Dean of Students at Centro Lincoln University College, Universidad Nacional San Martín, Argentina. He also served as an English Language Specialist at The College Board and Educational Testing Service. As CEO of Odell Education, Judson has directed the development of nationally-acclaimed literacy curricula including the Odell High School Literacy Program and Developing Core Literacy Proficiencies for grades 6-12.
