What we're looking for

We’re looking for experienced educators, leaders, and consultants who understand the realities of K–12 education, the challenges, the opportunities, and the heart behind the work.

Our ideal partners are people who:

  • Have hands-on experience in schools or districts, whether as teachers, coaches, principals, or system-level leaders.

  • Bring a deep understanding of how change happens in education — from classroom practice to district-wide transformation.

  • Are skilled facilitators and collaborators who can listen deeply, build trust, and guide teams toward shared goals.

  • Thrive in dynamic, project-based work, adapting quickly and finding creative solutions.

We welcome consultants and contractors with diverse experiences — from instructional coaching and professional learning design to strategic planning and organizational change.

If this sounds like you, we encourage you to apply!
