Join us this fall to discuss change management, organizational design, and leadership principles based on the best selling book, The NEW School Rules: 6 Vital Practices for Thriving and Responsive Schools. Through this immersive workshop leaders will learn about global trends in organizational design theory and the six rules for making their teams more effective and responsive.
