Through our conversations with districts across Tennessee, we are noticing a pattern emerge in how district leaders are anticipating how they will be leveraging their ESSER funds. Of the many changes that need to occur, there are common conditions appearing in each scenario from the way the district is casting a vision to how much energy they are putting towards a particular system. Learning loss will be an issue leaders will grapple with for years to come and we feel strongly that every district needs to consider where they are today and where they aspire to be in future years.

The ESSER funding source provides a unique opportunity for you and your district to shift instruction and impact student outcomes in your schools. We look forward to meeting you at one of the upcoming events and learning more about your goals and aspirations for addressing learning loss in your district.
