Re-recruit Your Team’s Passion, Perspective, and Purpose for Your Strategic Plan
You’ve promoted people, you’ve said good-bye to others, you’ve hired new talent…now what? How do you ensure your team is aligned on values, purpose, and actions from the start.
Many of our district partners in Tennessee have leveraged their ESSER funding to support their teams in becoming more dynamic as an organization. Districts across Tennessee are developing more responsive and effective practices for collaboration, decision-making, and planning. These districts are co-designing district and school-wide systems with their stakeholders for sharing information informed by data and finding new ways to increase alignment and collaboration across their community with their strategic plan.
In collaboration with district partners in Tennessee, Education Elements is bringing together leaders across the state to engage in a virtual pop-up series highlighting how this work has played out with 3 specific TN districts. Join us virtually on Zoom for three 30-minute virtual pop-up sessions during the months of June and July.
