Join Us For A Panel Discussion

Success isn't just about achieving final goals; it's about measuring progress and making necessary adjustments along the way. Join our upcoming virtual learning session, where we will discuss the importance of interim monitoring, making timely pivots, and learning from ongoing feedback to ensure your district’s strategic initiatives are effective.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • Innovative progress measurement strategies: A set of effective methods for monitoring and tracking your district’s progress, including our fidelity, effectiveness, and impact model.
  • The Data Triangle: A framework that supports an engaged culture, providing a protocol for districts and schools to continually monitor progress, identify strengths, and pinpoint opportunities for growth.
  • Stories from the field: We’ll be joined by district leaders sharing stories from across the country who are implementing progress measurement strategies effectively.

Regularly monitoring your progress, communicating wins, and staying focused on your vision are essential for strategic success. This session is designed for superintendents, district leaders, and school administrators committed to data-informed decision-making and continuous improvement. We’re excited to share how actionable results from the Data Triangle can inform return on investment, initiative implementation, school improvement, and strategic planning at both the district and school levels.
