Strategic Planning Mini Conference

February 24 @ 9:00 - 10:30 am CST / 10:00 - 11:30 am EST

With the new year comes new possibilities!  You may be reflecting on the success of your current strategic plan and what steps you're going to take to create your next one. How can you ensure that the plan becomes a living, breathing part of the fabric of your district rather than collecting dust on a shelf? At Education Elements, we believe the process is as important as the plan itself. Stakeholder-driven strategic planning can be the launching pad for inspired work in your organization.

Join experts and practitioners for a series of short, focused learning experiences and group discussions that explore the stages of  Strategic Planning.  Choose a pathway based on your needs and interest.

You’re busy. We are busy. Let’s learn together!

What should I expect?

The Flexible Learning Conference runs for two hours and is a mix of short  videos, reflection time, interactive video chats, and small group discussions.
