Education Elements works to dismantle systemic educational inequities using a three-part methodology: Connect, Include, Create. We know that when districts examine and redesign inequitable systems, it is crucial to connect with their community, especially parts of their community that are often left out of the conversation. As a part of this process of including diverse stakeholders, one may employ a variety of strategies to get feedback and input, focus groups being one such strategy.
