In part 3 of our Systems for Education Equity Methodology, we dive into the CREATE phase of the Inventory, Connect, Include, Create, Action methodology. Join us as we share how systems leaders can spot when they are recreating inequitable solutions, as well as detouring or impeding equitable redesign despite their intentions to create change. Once they actively spot barriers and detours, it is on the designers to use a genuine equity-driven design cycle to create sustainable solutions that target/eliminate instances of marginalization.
